Go Waitaha Canterbury Scholarship (School-Leaver Scholarship)

Applicants must be Year-13 students or on a gap year. Applicants, in the year of application (or, in the case of a gap year, in the previous year), must be attending an Auckland or Wellington school and/or living in the Auckland or Wellington region. At the time of application applicants must have gained NCEA Level 2 with Merit or Excellence endorsement (or equivalent). By the date advertised on the webpage for UC halls of residence, applicants must: a. complete the separate UC Application for Accommodation online form, selecting Tupuānuku as their first preference for accommodation and b. complete the New Zealand Common Confidential Reference Form.

Value/Benefits:
a. Assistance with fees for accommodation at the Tupuānuku hall of residence, at a value of NZ $5,000, and priority consideration for a place at the hall.
