Society of Edmonton Demographers Undergraduate Award

Criteria

To be considered for this award, students must:

• Be enrolled full-time in the Bachelor of Arts program with a major in Sociology
• Be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Submit a 250 word essay detailing their interest in population/demography and
• All things considered equal, preference will be given to a student with satisfactory completion of Sociology 251 (or similar senior level course relating to population/demography).

Disbursement Criteria

For funds to be disbursed, successful applicants must be enrolled in a full-time course load and be in good academic standing.
