获得电气工程、计算机工程或软件工程专业的荣誉本科学位或同等学历的毕业生(通常是四年制全日制课程)，在过去两年的学习中平均成绩至少为B+。可以被录取为电子与计算机工程应用科学硕士(MASc)课程的候选人。此外，那些被录取的学生必须在电气、计算机或软件工程方面完成相当于高级水平的项目课程或论文。在电气、计算机或软件工程方面具有显著的工业或研究经验，并具有荣誉本科学位课程或来自认证大学的同等学历，将被视为与本科电气、计算机或软件工程论文同等学历。
