This certificate is designed to provide students fundamental knowledge in energy sciences with an emphasis in industrial applications. This certificate is not available to students majoring in technology with an emphasis in energy and environmental technology. The mission of the Department of Engineering Technology is to offer engaged learning programs that promote strong partnerships with industry and foster a synergetic, interactive relationship between faculty and students. The Department of Engineering Technology is committed to provide our students with an industry-focused technical education that emphasizes theoretical and applications-oriented approaches to problem solving.
