Energy, agriculture, conservation, ecological restoration, climate change adaptation, transportation, water conservation, brownfield redevelopment, stormwater management, open space planning-these are some of the complex challenges facing society that occur at the interface of environmental science and public policy. The need for individuals with literacy and skills relevant to both environmental science and public policy has never been greater.
