This course emphasises the use of theoretical and mathematical approaches to understanding the laws of physics. You can choose further mathematics modules, and broaden your experience with project work too. You'll complete a theoretical or computational project in your third year, and independent directed reading on a theoretical topic of your choice. If you want to study physics, but don't meet the entry requirements to go straight into the first year, our Physics with a Foundation Year could be for you.<br><br>After successfully completing the one-year programme, you'll progress onto the first year of your chosen degree.
