Our Pharmaceutical and Chemical Sciences MSci is structured around four themes: core chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences and skills development, and will take you from fundamental chemical and pharmaceutical concepts to masters-level work at the forefront of the field. Learning with a course team of researchers with expertise across organic, inorganic, physical, analytical and pharmaceutical chemistry, you will develop advanced research skills. You will be involved in real research projects and undertake a project arising from and contributing to the research interests of our lecturers. You will develop analytical and scientific skills using our extensive facilities, including a hybrid quadrupole Orbitrap mass spectrometer with nano flow liquid chromatography, high field nuclear magnetic resonance suite and cell culture suite.
