Environmental earth science focuses on the processes that shape the earth's surface. It provides a STEM approach to investigating the causes of terrestrial environmental issues, such as environmental degradation, and the distribution and remediation of environmental contaminants. Environmental earth scientists specialise in conducting assessments, collecting, analysing and interpreting environmental data, and evaluating the causes, impacts and interactions that drive natural events and those resulting from human modification of the landscape. You'll be in high demand with this specialisation, which will equip you with the knowledge and professional skills to work in the environment sector.
