The Diagnostics & Therapeutics (D&T) curricular training track prepares BIMS PhD and MS Thesis students for research careers that integrate the basic principles of diagnostics and therapeutics with modern biotechnologies. Students in this track are at the forefront of translational research, working with faculty engaged in the study of disease and the development of novel diagnostic tests and therapeutic strategies. Areas of research include clinical trials in neurology, oncology, cardiology, orthopedicsstem cells, and internal medicine, as well as diagnostics and therapeutics for gastrointestinal, renal, orthopedicregenerative medicine, and reproductive disorders.
