The graduate certificate in Technical Communication prepares students for careers in technical communication, technical editing, proposal writing, and user experience. In preparation for future employment, certificate students get exposure to real-world documents and writing opportunities, both in class and through optional internships. Graduate certificate courses may also count toward an MA in English if the student meets admission requirements.<br>The English graduate degree program prepares recent graduates and working professionals for careers in research, professional writing, editing, and secondary and higher education.
