Our EMA module will involve daily contact with both tutors and peers in a classroom setting five days a week. In addition, weekly individual tutorials will be provided to discuss both your academic progress and your wellbeing. You will also have weekly support and opportunity for language practice with our Open Learning Centre staff. <br>Successful completion of this module will allow you to progress onto the remaining modules of your masters without the need to retake IELTS. This programme includes a subject-specific focus to help prepare postgraduate students to work within their academic discipline. This includes a seminar delivered by the relevant academic department on a Wednesday morning. A single UK visa can be used for the Extended Masters, covering both the English language programme and the degree.
