You can start at the Griffith English Language Institute with any English proficiency level and study for the period suited to your own purposes. You will be placed in a class between Level 1 and Level 6 based on our placement test taken on arrival, or your proficiency test result if you have one.<br>If you are placed in Level 1, 2, 3 or 4, you will develop language skills for everyday communication: speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary, and pronunciation. At Levels 5 and 6, you will further improve your communication skills and also practise academic skills that will be useful for work or further study.
