This course is designed to help students learn and improve their English. CCEB has General English classes from Beginner to Advanced level. Students progress from one level to another when they meet accepted course outcomes for each level in all skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. Course Description: 20 hours in-class 5 hourweek self study or activity (Full time); 15 hours in class week (Part time). Course Entry Requirements: Students take an entry test on the first day; Elementary English language level or above. Study Modes: Students are given a placement test on their first day and are placed in the appropriate level class. Teachers use a variety of teaching methods to meet a range of learning styles and cultural backgrounds; Progress monitoring; Weekly, personalised feedback; Highly-qualified and experienced teachers; Free after-school practice (reading, writing, listening, speaking and grammar) (Full time students only) and English only policy at CCEB.
