The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate program in Healthcare Leadership is designed to update and prepare healthcare professionals for leading people and change and for navigating their careers in the context of ongoing healthcare reform. The program focuses on current organization and management aspects of healthcare industry. A bachelor's degree with a 2.5 minimum grade point average and one or more years of healthcare experience are required for admission to the program. A minimum of 12 units is required: 6 units of required courses and 6 units of electives. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be awarded the Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Healthcare Leadership.
