An official TOEFL or IELTS score report is required for international applicants whose native language is not English. For the TOEFL, a score of at least 280 on the computer-based test or 650 on the written test is required. The minimum score for the new TOEFL iBT (Internet-based test) is 114-115. For the IELTS, a minimum score of 7 is required.

Completed bachelors degree and coursework in a field relevant to the discipline, e.g. computer science, biostatistics, public health, nursing, medicine, biology, etc. from an accredited university or college. Successful completion (grade C or better) of one semester of an anatomy and physiology course.
Overall GPA (3.0 or higher), and discipline-specific GPA (3.0 or higher).
