An Associate in Science Degree may be earned by completing a minimum of 60 units of degree credit coursework, including the major requirements and breadth requirements, with a minimum grade point average of 2.0. Students must complete all courses for the major with a grade of C or better.<br><br>Our department offers physical courses that fulfill our district andor college graduation requirements and the foundation courses for those students interested in completing a certification program in Physical Education. We also provide for the general community served by our campus the opportunity to participate in classes for development of skills and knowledge in individual and team sports. In addition, we have the obligation to provide courses that enhance life-long fitness, health, and recreation.
