The Health degree provides students the opportunity to prepare for health careers in city, county, state and national government health agencies, corporate wellness programs, and voluntary health agencies. This program provides students with the opportunity to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Healt. A Health degree from UTSA will have you covering a broad range of health topics like emotional wellness, growth and development, principles of weight management, drugs and health. The program features academic coursework along with practical hands-on experience through a required internship. The program will prepare you to pursue health careers in city, county, state and national government health agencies, corporate wellness programs and voluntary health agencies. This program provides students with the opportunity to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health for students interested in careers in community health, public health and health promotion.
