The health care reimbursement certificate is a one-year program designed to prepare you for employment as a medical biller and coder in medical offices, clinics, hospitals and other medical facilities. The program builds upon knowledge and skills developed through both the medical billing and medical coding occupational endorsements. Program coursework will develop knowledge and skills in both medical coding and health care reimbursement, as well as medical terminology, medical office technology, and human diseases.
