The Dietetics Program at Minnesota State Mankato provides students pursuing a dietetics career the highest quality advisory, academic and interactive opportunities and to develop their confidence and competency for advancement following graduation to supervised practice, graduate studies or related employment.At Minnesota State Mankato, dietetics majors get to learn in the food lab and the food science lab, both unique to have at the University level.The spaces include Cambria counters, an herb garden and state-of-the-art appliances such as ovens that can cook multiple trays of food at multiple temperatures, commercial gas ranges, video screens that double as computer monitors at each station and collaboration space.
