With this pre-professional program, you'll prepare to become a registered dietitian, nutritionist or health educator (to name a few) able to set others up for success in the areas of lifestyle modifications, along with food and nutrition. The Human Nutrition and Foods program focuses on dietetics, but it also provides a strong foundation for graduate work, professional school in several health-related fields, research and community involvement. The curriculum provides a strong foundation in the basic sciences, food and nutritional sciences, social sciences, medical nutrition therapy and disease management.
