The certificate program for the Dietetic Internship is designed for students with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university who have completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics, as required by The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and wish to become eligible to take the national registration examination to become a registered dietitian (RD).
Satisfactory academic standing as an undergraduate: 3.0, ''B'' average or better in the undergraduate major and in courses prerequisite to the proposed graduate study
IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 79, TOEFL PBT 550

The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate -Dietetic Internship requires 15 credit hours. Courses fulfilling the certificate program may be used to meet the requirements in a degree program in accordance with the policies of The Graduate School.<br>The Dietetic Internship at UNC Greensboro is currently granted accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). ACEND is a specialized accrediting body of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics with oversight by the United States Department of Education.
