The MS in Drug Development and Product Management has three aims: 1) Give experienced professionals insight into the process of successful drug product development and deployment, 2) Endow students with requisite knowledge and skills to collaborate effectively in the ongoing management of drug products, and 3) Provide a solid, practical bridge to employment opportunities in pharma, biotech, and managed care industries, or related government agencies such as the FDA or the EMA. An interview (in person or via Skype) may be required as part of the admission process. The degree consists of 48 quarter units. The program provides 40 units of general classroom study and an 8 unit industry based practicum over four quarters.
