A Pre-Medicine Certificate is awarded to students who complete the equivalent of one year of planned first and second-year courses at Northern Lights College. The certificate is intended to prepare students for continued studies in professional programs, including Medicine, Veterinary Science, Dentistry, Optometry, and Chiropractic at university or university-college transferring institutions. The Certificate prepares students for continued Bachelor level studies at universities or other receiving institutions, continued studies in specific programs at NLC, continued studies in professional programs, or entry-level employment opportunities.
