The minimum undergraduate GPA for acceptance is 3.0. For those interested in beginning the program immediately after finishing an undergraduate degree, the minimum GPA is also 3.0. Conditional acceptance may be considered for applicants with a GPA below 3.0 at the discretion of the admissions committee

Unofficial transcripts may be uploaded to your online application form for purposes of application review. However, official transcript(s) must also be submitted upon acceptance/matriculation. Both undergraduate and graduate transcripts are required if applicable.

International students seeking admission to a degree program must submit an official TOEFL or IELTS score report. The ETS code for the Woods College of Advancing Studies is 3276. We require a minimum TOEFL score in the range of 90-100 (iBT). IELTS requires a minimum score range of 6.5-7.5. These criteria may be waived if English is the main/primary language of instruction at your school at which you earned your previous degree, which must be indicated in an official letter from the institution. While test scores and grades offer some indication of students' academic promise and achievement, we also value highly other aspects of each applicant, for example, strength of character, extracurricular distinction, personal statement, recommendations, and personal qualities.
