The BA in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology is a pre-professional program that will prepare you for a variety of career opportunities. Audiologists specialize in hearing conservation, identification, assessment, and habilitation of hearing disorders. This program provides a strong foundation for a master's degree in speech-language pathology or doctoral degree in audiology to pursue a career in speech-language pathology and audiology in hospitals, schools, community agencies, private practice, and research. A graduate degree is required by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), the licensing body to practice in these disciplines.
