Tennessee Tech offers the prerequisite coursework required by dental hygiene bachelor's degree programs. Students complete prerequisite coursework outlined below at TTU then apply for admission to dental hygiene programs at other institutions such as East Tennessee State University (ETSU), University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center (UTHSC), and others. Entrance into dental hygiene programs is very competitive and is not guaranteed solely by completing the prerequisite coursework outlined below.
