Complete at least 40 hours of volunteer or paid work/observation of physical therapy practice in at least TWO (2) distinctly different PT clinics or settings (treating different patient populations) under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
An earned baccalaureate degree from institutions of higher education accredited by accrediting agencies recognized by the U.S. Department of Education for Title IV purposes or international equivalent. at least a 3.00 cumulative grade point average for admission to a doctoral program
