If you or your agent are submitting documents by email or fax, then they are not considered official. Your application for admission will be considered for admission when we receive copies of these documents but official documents must to be received in order for you to register for classes. All documents submitted must be sent with the same name and email address used when submitting your application.
Your application consists of two items: an up-to-date curriculum vitae (CV) and a letter of intent explaining why you wish to become an Academic Medicine Scholar.
