Baylor University's Master of Public Health (MPH) in Community Health Science equips students to promote population health in a wide range of public health settings. Our strong, practice-based approach, global health opportunities, and low faculty-student ratios provide our students with a quality learning experience that can enhance career development. The Community Health Science curriculum includes the core Public Health courses and additional courses on assessment, planning, evaluation, and research methods in community and public health. Our students are trained in competencies aligned with those of the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), preparing them well for the CHES examination and employment opportunities in a variety of global community health agencies.
