Saint Louis University's Master of Public Health/Medical Doctor dual degree program is conducted under the joint auspices of the College for Public Health and Social Justice and the School of Medicine. The M.P.H. is offered as an accelerated program that can be completed in three consecutive semesters (summer, fall, spring) devoted entirely to M.P.H. coursework. The program requires completion of professional medical school requirements as well as the fulfillment of a complete M.P.H. with public health practice concentration (42 credits), which may include up to nine credits of coursework from the School of Medicine M.D. degree requirements. Saint Louis University's College for Public Health and Social Justice is fully accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). The School of Medicine is accredited by the Liaison Committee for Medical Education (LCME).
