A Ph.D., M.D., D.O., D.C., D.D.S. or D.V.M. from an accredited college or university. 550 on the paper-based TOEFL (PBT), 80 on the internet-based TOEFL (IBT), 6.5 on the IELTS. Applicants are required to be initially accepted to the clinical psychology program. Students must then apply for and fulfill all admission requirements for the M.S.P.H.BSHE degree program in order to gain admission to the dual degree program.

Saint Louis University's Master of Public Health/Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology dual degree program is a collaboration between the College for Public Health and Social Justice and the College of Arts and Sciences clinical psychology doctoral program. This integrated program requires completion of Ph.D. requirements as well as the fulfillment of a complete M.S.P.H.BSHE degree (36 credits), which includes 12 credits of coursework from the College of Arts and Sciences Clinical Psychology Ph.D. degree requirements.
