This programme gives you the opportunity to apply for Year 1 of the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Students who are successful on the Undergraduate Foundation Programme, at the MBBS interview and have undertaken a volunteer or work placement prior to applying for the MBBS may be able to progress to the five-year MBBS at UCLan. This programme is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education and met the academic requirements listed, to apply for undergraduate study for a Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery degree at UCLan.You will be assessed by exam for Maths and English, and by a combination of exam and practical work for Biology and Chemistry.
