In our Human Nutrition Graduate Diploma you will learn about biological chemistry - the study of how chemicals work within the human body. You will look at micro and macro nutrients, including carbohydrates, protein and fats that are required by the human body to produce physiological function. During your studies you will also learn about population nutrition and disease. You will have significant study time for applied research, research projects and work placements.
