课程简介
Our BSc (Hons) Health, Exercise and Nutrition aims to provide you with the skills needed to confidently evaluate individuals with different health needs and offer nutritional advice in relation to health and performance. You’ll be able to consider the relationships between physical activity, nutrition, fitness, and disease to enable you to provide suitable evidence-based interventions. The course includes a placement in the second year, and you can gain additional qualifications as a Health Navigator,<br>Gym Instructor, and Personal Trainer as part of the programme.
