Flinders University's cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) programs provide you with clinical competencies and research skills in CBT for high-prevalence psychological disorders. You will gain clinical training opportunities through industry practicums modelled around a clinical supervision framework. Competency-based assessment programs, seminars and workshops are delivered by respected and recognised clinical and research academics, and guest lecturers who are experts in CBT. You will have opportunities to translate knowledge of high-prevalence psychological disorders, comorbid mental health and related disorders, resilience and strengths-based interventions, as well as behavioural activation and motivational interviewing in an applied interdisciplinary learning environment.
