Learn the underpinning knowledge and skills to meet the entry requirements for the Diploma of Nursing. This course is an integral step in the study pathway for students in high school who are not in the ATAR study pathway to enable them to achieve an alternative entry into higher education. This course covers skills in producing text documents, medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology, fundamental principles of microbiology, mathematics in a nursing context and fundamentals of physics and chemistry in a health context. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 7 core units.
