The LSU School of Music supports a wide array of orchestral activities including a full symphony, chamber orchestra, and opera orchestra. The Orchestral Program presents more than ten performances each academic year, including:<br><br> Classical Concerts<br> Chamber Orchestra Performances<br> The Concerto Concert<br> Masterworks (in conjunction with the Choral Division)<br> Turner-Fischer Center for Opera Productions<br><br>Additionally, the Orchestral Program hosts the recently renovated Lucile Blum Lending Library, which is a substantial collection of orchestral scores and parts. The Blum Collection provides academic and professional orchestras the opportunity to rent scores and instrument parts during the academic year.
