To obtain an international transcript evaluation report, you must submit official transcripts from all international high schools, colleges and universities attended to one of the University-approved evaluation agencies

An official transcript bears the original signature of a school official and/or an official school seal.

550 on the TOEFL paper examination, or
79-80 on the TOEFL internet examination
Minimum IELTS score of 6.5

A cumulative GPA of 2.5 for all work attempted at other U.S. colleges or universities is required.
