The Department of Music plays a significant educational role in the College of Liberal Studies and in the School of Arts and Communications. One of the many outstanding academic departments at UW-La Crosse, the Department currently serves approximately 100 undergraduate majors and minors. We offer a curriculum that is inclusive, creative and challenging. Students participating in music classes, studios and ensembles will gain valuable skills that will ultimately prepare them for a variety of post-graduate professional and scholarly pursuits. Music Faculty and staff members are dedicated to excellence in teaching and performing. Our talented faculty is passionate about providing artistic performance opportunities.
