Students earn an Indiana K-12 teaching license in art while learning the discipline-based method of art education.As part of this method, youll develop your content fluency within an academically rigorous course of study that emphasizes the art disciplines of studio, criticism, art history, and aesthetics. Simultaneously, youll hone your teaching skills through courses dedicated to art-specific and general instructional methods, which are applied in classrooms in the local elementary, middle, and high schools.
