The Theatre Department trains gifted storytellers'successful actors, producers, designers, writers, directors, educators, arts administrators. You will work closely with talented faculty and staff, guest artists, with local professional companies at the Modern and with arts companies outside of the university. You can pursue a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre focusing on a range of areas: Performance, Musical Theatre, Directing, Playwriting, Technical Theatre and Design, Stage Management, Arts Administration. Suffolk's Theatre Department is student-centered. We'll help you shine, whether you choose to act, write, direct, and design your own original plays, master stage or arts management, intern with leading theatre companies in Boston and abroad, and so much more.
