国际学生入学条件

Admission to our graduate programs requires an undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in theatre or equivalent training and experience. Incoming students who are deficient in areas of performance, design, history, theory, or dramatic literature will be expected to make-up their deficiencies with appropriate undergraduate courses.
All candidates should, at minimum, have had undergraduate courses in the following areas:
One course in Acting and Directing
Two courses in Costuming, Lighting, Scenic Design, or Stagecraft
Three courses in Theatre History, Theory, or Dramatic Literature (With a minimum of one course in Theatre History and one course in Dramatic Literature).

Our M.F.A. in Costume Design combines diverse opportunities for realized design work and a strong curriculum as the foundation for its training. Curriculum and practice focus on collaboration, analysis, drawing, painting, aesthetics, craft technology and costume history with a social history component. Taught by working professionals, the Costume Design curriculum offers intensive training in both studio and classroom settings, coupled with one-on-one tutorials with the student's major professor. There is also the option of a study-abroad course in London as part of the curriculum, offered at graduate level credit.
