The Department of Theater offers a master of arts degree in theater, with emphasis on theater history and criticism. This 33-credit program requires a minimum of 24 credits to be completed in the Department of Theater with the remaining credits chosen in consultation with the program head. The program is an important step toward a doctorate in theater. Thirty-three credits are required for the degree.
