The Bachelor of Arts in Design Studies is an upper-level undergraduate major that embraces the collaborative and comprehensive design process through hands-on and thought-provoking exploration.<br><br>Combining methodologies and processes from both graphic design and industrial design, it focuses on the human experience in the design of communications, objects, andor services. The BA program introduces design making and design thinking in a studio environment and engages students in various forms of cultural production. The primary goal is the provision of a focused introduction to design practices within the context of a liberal arts education.
