课程简介
The School of Drama's faculty of top working theater artists bring professionalism and currency of practice to the classroom, providing a training regimen in acting, voice, speech, and movement that is practical, relevant, artistically inspiring, and designed to build the student's capacity for excellence. Theater, film, and television demand fearless, creatively inspired, and technically skilled performers to bring stories to life. The School of Drama's three-year MFA in Acting offers rigorous, collaborative training, and a rich array of projects and performance opportunities for students who wish to enter the profession as unique, adaptive, and highly valued artists. Working in multidisciplinary ensembles, actors are extensively involved in the imaginative exploration of classic texts and the development of new plays, performance pieces, and films. Exploring a wide range of styles, genres, forms, and ways of making theater, actors hone and synthesize their technical and creative skills through presentation, performance, and production, both onstage and on camera.
