This programme enables graduates to work with individuals and organisations to achieve identified outcomes in sports psychology, biomechanics and exercise physiology, and sporting excellence at all levels. This is a blended delivery programme, meaning it can be delivered either on campus or remotely. In this programme you will gain a greater understanding of performance in athletic events through modelling, simulation and measurement. There is a strong focus on sports psychology, investigating psychological factors can affect performance. You will also learn about exercise physiology, the responses and adaptations of the human body to a wide range of physical exercise conditions, and the mechanisms by which exercise can reduce or reverse disease progression.
