French and History, with a year abroad, explores history through subjects including women's history and gender, modern British social history and the history of religion, health and medicine. You will also study the rich diversity of French language, culture, film, history, translation and language teaching. Studying this four-year BA degree course opens up a range of exciting career opportunities by helping you develop skills, which are highly valued by employers.<br>We offer an inclusive, student-focused learning environment and community. Modules are delivered and assessed in a variety of different ways and you will be encouraged to take responsibility for your own learning, to work independently as well as with others, to act professionally, and to master new skills.
