Develop the skills to provide person-centred support to older people in an aged care setting with our Certificate III in Individual Support.You will learn how to provide physical, social and emotional support to the elderly. You will also learn how to work as part of a team with other professionals such as nurses and healthcare workers.You will complete four weeks of work placement with one of our industry partners to help you put your skills into practice.With an ageing population, there is high demand for qualified aged care workers. Many of our students are offered work on completion of their placement.
