In choosing to study Economics with International Politics, you will explore the close inter-relationship between two key aspects of modern society. The study of economics will focus on the principles of economics and the study of choices and their implications made by individuals, companies and governments when faced with scarce resources. The study of International Politics is highly complementary to the study of economics, because the international arena provides an important institutional and policy context within which economic decision-making and actions often take place.
