The standard entry requirements for Business Economics at The University of Buckingham are Alevel BBB-BBC IB-31-32 or equivalent qualifications
Applications to Buckingham are individually considered by the Admissions Tutor and other factors may be taken in to account Applicants with BTEC qualifications are welcome to apply including if you have a mix of BTEC and A levels Equivalent Alevel grades are also accepted for example ABD equivalent to BBC
Where an applicant is taking the EPQ alongside Alevels the EPQ will be taken into consideration and result in a slightly lower Alevel grade offer
Applicants must also have GCSE English and Maths at Grade C Grade 4 or above or equivalent If English is not your first language you will also need an IELTS score of 6.5 with at least 6.0 in each component
TOEFL IBT - 79 minimum component scores of Listening 12 Reading 13 Speaking 18 Writing 21 Accepted for Undergraduate level courses or above.
International Baccalaureate IB English Language score of 4 or above will be accepted.

Our fast-track 2-year Business Economics programme will explore these topics and many others. The course is designed to equip students with the quantitative and analytical skills to progress into economics and management related jobs in finance, business and consulting, as well as preparing them for master's level study.<br><br>On this course, we blend business management, business strategy, macro and micro-economics, financial markets and consumer behaviour, together with practical real-world analysis and applications.
